NSW Health advised last night that anyone who attended the following retailers at the times listed is a casual contact who must immediately get tested and isolate until a negative result is received.

BONNYRIGG FRUIT WORLD:

*Saturday 24 July between 12.40pm to 12.50pm

WOOLWORTHS SUPERMARKET:

*Saturday 24 July between 12.00pm to 12.30pm

*Sunday 25 July between 2.55pm to 3.05pm

Bonnyrigg Plaza and Bonnyrigg Fruit World are undergoing deep cleaning tonight. Woolworths will follow their company protocol. The health and safety of our customers, retailers and community continues to remain our highest priority. We will continue to focus on maintaining diligent hygiene and safety practices in line with State and Federal Government advice.

BIG W:

*Saturday 17 July between 1.35pm to 3.45pm

WOOLWORTHS SUPERMARKET:

*Sunday 18 July between 11.30am to 12.25pm

Woolworths and Big W will follow their company protocol. Bonnyrigg Plaza undertook a deep clean of the centre on Monday 19 July. The health and safety of our customers, retailers and community continues to remain our highest priority. We will continue to focus on maintaining diligent hygiene and safety practices in line with State and Federal Government advice.

 

-Update as at 22 July 2021-

NSW Health advised last night that anyone who was in Bonnyrigg Fruit World during the below times has been classified as a casual contact and must immediately get tested and isolate until a negative result is received.

*Saturday 17 July between 2.00pm to 2.15pm

Bonnyrigg Fruit World undertook a deep clean of their store and Bonnyrigg Plaza undertook a deep clean of the centre on Monday 19 July. The health and safety of our customers, retailers and community continues to remain our highest priority. We will continue to focus on maintaining diligent hygiene and safety practices in line with State and Federal Government advice.

 

-Update as at 19 July 2021-

NSW Health have notified Bonnyrigg Plaza Centre Management that a person who visited the centre on the following dates has tested positive for COVID-19:

*Wednesday 14 July between 10.15am to 10.30am

*Thursday 15 July between 12.00pm to 12.30pm

All staff and patrons who were at Bonnyrigg Plaza during the above times has been classified as a casual contact and must immediately get tested and isolate until receiving a negative test result.

In addition, NSW Health has advised that anyone who attended the following retailers at the times listed is a casual contact who must immediately get tested and isolate until a negative result is received.

WOOLWORTHS SUPERMARKET:

*Monday 12 July between 10.00am to 10.30am

PRICELINE PHARMACY:

*Tuesday 13 July between 1.00pm to 2.00pm

*Wednesday 14 July between 10.15am to 10.30am

*Thursday 15 July between 12.00pm to 12.30pm

BONNYRIGG FRUIT WORLD:

*Tuesday 13 July between 12.45pm to 2.00pm

The health and safety of our customers, retailers and community remains our highest priority. Bonnyrigg Plaza will undertake a deep clean of the centre tonight and Bonnyrigg Fruit World will deep clean their store tonight. Woolworths and Priceline Pharmacy will follow their COVID-19 Safety Plans and company protocol. We will continue to focus on maintaining diligent hygiene and safety practices in line with State and Federal Government advice.

Please continue to follow the NSW Health requirements when visiting the centre. This includes:

*Wearing a mask if over 12 years of age, unless medically exempt.

*Using the QR codes displayed at our entrances and at each retailer.

*Using the hand sanitiser that is available throughout the centre.

*Maintaining at least a 1.5m social distance from others.

In line with the latest NSW Government restrictions announced today, Bonnyrigg Plaza will remain open for your essential shopping needs. Please check with our individual retailers for their click and collect, takeaway or delivery offers.

Please continue to follow the NSW Health requirements when visiting the centre. This includes:

*Wearing a mask if over 12 years of age, unless medically exempt.

*Using the QR codes displayed at our entrances and at each retailer.

*Using the hand sanitiser that is available throughout the centre.

*Maintaining at least a 1.5m social distance from others.

Bonnyrigg Plaza Centre Management was informed this afternoon by Woolworths Supermarket that customers who visited their store during the following times have tested positive to COVID-19.

*Thursday 8 July between 3.00pm to 4.00pm

*Saturday 10 July between 4.15pm to 4.55pm

 

Anyone who was in Woolworths between these times has been classified as a casual contact by NSW Health and must immediately get tested and isolate until receiving a negative test result.

We have not been advised that the customers visited any other retailers or centre amenities whilst at Bonnyrigg Plaza.

Woolworths will follow their company protocol and undertake a deep clean of their store overnight. As a precautionary measure, we will complete a thorough deep clean of the centre overnight and will reopen for trade tomorrow.

NSW Health has updated their public health alert for Woolworths Bonnyrigg. Anyone who was in Woolworths during the below times has been classified as a casual contact and must immediately get tested and isolate until receiving a negative test result.

Friday 2 July – 3pm to 5pm

Monday 5 July – 7.30pm to 8.30pm

 

-Update as at 6 July 2021- 

Bonnyrigg Plaza Centre Management was informed late this afternoon by Woolworths Supermarket that a customer who visited their store on Monday 5 July between 7.30pm to 8.30pm tested positive today to COVID-19.

Anyone who was in Woolworths between these times has been classified as a casual contact by NSW Health and must get tested and isolate until receiving a negative test result.

As other centre retailers were closed during this time, we have not been advised that the customer visited our restaurants or used any centre amenities whilst at Bonnyrigg Plaza.

-Update as at 26 June 2021- 

Under the latest measures announced by the NSW Government, Greater Sydney will endure stay-at-home orders from 6pm tonight until 11.59pm Friday 9 July.

Bonnyrigg Plaza will remain OPEN during this time to provide essential goods and services to our customers. The restrictions may affect the operations of some of our retailers; please contact them individually for opening hours.

Please also note the following:

*Our school holiday activities have been cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and have notified everyone who made a booking via email.

*QR codes are displayed at the centre’s entrances, as well as at retail stores for easy check-in.

*Masks are mandatory for anyone over 12 years of age, unless medically exempt.

*Hand sanitiser is available throughout the centre.

-Update as at 22 June 2021- 

In line with new State Government restrictions, as of 4:00pm Tuesday 22 June for one week, masks will be compulsory in all public indoor venues including Bonnyrigg Plaza.

As the health and safety of everyone in the centre is our number one priority, we encourage everyone to please follow these new guidelines.

In line with new State Government restrictions, as of 5:00pm Thursday 6 May until 12:01am Monday 10 May, masks will be compulsory in all public indoor venues including Bonnyrigg Plaza.

As the health and safety of everyone in the centre is our number one priority, we encourage everyone to please follow these new guidelines.

From today masks will only be mandatory on public transport, but is strongly encouraged in other indoor venues where social distancing is not possible.

-Update as at 3 January 2021- 

From today all customers, retailers and staff must wear a face mask when inside a shopping centre, as per NSW Government requirements. 

The health and safety of our customers and retailers continues to be our top priority. We encourage everyone to help stop the spread of COVID-19 by following these new requirements, along with practising good hygiene and physical distancing.

-Update as at 8 August 2020-

Bonnyrigg Plaza Centre Management was informed on 7 August by the South West Sydney Public Health Unit that a customer who has tested positive for COVID-19 visited the centre. The customer visited on Tuesday 4 August from 9.00am for approximately 1 hour. They spent the majority of their time in Big W and also visited Bonnyrigg Fruit World for a short period.

The South West Sydney Public Health Unit has advised that no one has been identified as a close contact. If anyone was at the centre during this time, please monitor your symptoms and get tested if you are feeling unwell.

The health and safety of our customers, retailers and community remains our highest priority. As per our COVID-safe plan, we completed a thorough deep clean throughout the centre on 7 August. We will continue to focus on maintaining diligent hygiene and safety practices in line with State and Federal Government advice.

Bonnyrigg Fruit World also undertook a deep clean of their store. Big W will be following their business protocol.

Bonnyrigg Plaza is open and trading as we continue to provide essential products and services to our local community.

Together we can minimise the risk by:
– Practising physical distancing of 1.5 metres at all times
– Utilising hand sanitiser stations in the centre and maintaining good hygiene
– Following directions on store limits
– Staying at home if you are feeling unwell
